IV International Scientific Conference “Children and Youth Tourism: Education Technologies”, St. Petersburg – Riga
On November 15 - 21, 2018 St. Petersburg State Economic University and Baltic International Academy hosted quality meeting of ERASMUS+ project "European Dimension in Qualifications for the Tourist Sector" (EurDiQ). The quality meeting was held within the framework of IV International Scientific Conference "Children and Youth Tourism: Education Technologies". The conference included Quality reporting seminar (Saint-Petersburg), Grantholder quality conference (Riga), and master classes “Business tourism on major vessels” (Tallink & Silja Line) and “Visit Riga”. At the Quality reporting seminar and Grantholder quality conference partners presented project implementation results according to EurDiQ project Activity plan. The participants also discussed key aspects of youth tourism sustainable development, innovative educational programmes based on tourist educational technologies, and educational and ecological tourism supporting. In addition, the consortium discussed prospects of the project sustainable development and partners’ cooperation within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme Call for Proposals 2019.
