Students from the consortium universities took part in international Summer school in Riga (Latvia)
Students from Partner-country universities participated in the III International Youth Scientific and Practical Summer school "Management and Marketing in Tourism: MICE Qualification & Experience Design".
International Summer School held in Riga (Latvia) from 4 to 11 July 2017 was organized by Baltic International Academy in the framework of the ERASMUS+ project EurDiQ "European Dimension in Qualifications for the Tourist Sector".
Among the participants of the international Summer school there were students and postgraduate students from higher educational institutions of Latvia, the Russian Federation, the Kyrgyz Republic and Kazakhstan.
MICE industry experts provided an overview of many approaches on types of tourism, innovative trends on tourism and global MICE industry development, DMC/DMO companies establishment, marketing and IT implementation in business travel industry.
Each of the Summer school students made presentations on business industry development covered their own destination. All the participants were awarded by the Certificates.
Participation in Erasmus+ projects is a great opportunity to exchange experience, enhance the practical and theoretical knowledge and get familiar with cross-cultural particularities.
